Rebecca Gibb’s business development and client relationship management experience spans 25 years in an array of industry sectors, including energy, transportation, local government, insurance, healthcare, professional services, retail distribution, and high-tech manufacturing. Rebecca is a co-founder of Virtual IT and joined the firm after a successful career as a business developer and account manager promoting systems integration and document management solutions.
Rebecca’s focus today is in the energy and local government domains. Her prior relationship management role with B&W’s nuclear and IT programs helped to form her philosophy and approach to client relations, and her belief that establishing a true partnership with our clients, results in our mutual success. In addition to her business development and client oversight responsibilities, Rebecca is also involved in recruitment, staffing and retention and contract negotiation.
Rebecca is an active member in several technology councils throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, and regularly serves as a volunteer at Thomas Jefferson’s Poplar Forest, the Renaissance Theatre in Lynchburg, and Friends of Amherst County.
